The normative definitions, evidentiary artifacts, and time stamped records that substantiate the standard are published and preserved in the public Zenodo record. Applied analysis, real world scenarios, and interpretive commentary are developed independently through the AIVO Journal. This separation ensures that governance claims are anchored in immutable evidence, interpreted through open analysis, and presented here without dilution, promotion, or methodological debate.
